Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Ice Crew Member to join our team at Senators Sports & Entertainment. As an Ice Crew Member, you will be responsible for ensuring the ice surface is safe and ready for play during hockey games.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform dry scrapes of the ice during periods to maintain a smooth and even surface
  • Assist with on-ice activations, including setting up and taking down equipment
  • Help prepare the ice surface for games, including applying ice resurfacing solutions and performing ice maintenance tasks
Requirements:
  • Must be able to skate at a high level and possess excellent balance and coordination
  • Must own their own skates and be able to perform ice maintenance tasks safely and efficiently
  • Able to work well under pressure and maintain a high level of attention to detail
  • Must be able to follow instructions from the Producer, Facilities team, and ice crew supervisor
