Job Title: Senior Oracle DBA

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Oracle DBA to join our team at MUFG Investor Services. As a key member of our Database Team, you will be responsible for managing Oracle databases in a cloud-based environment, ensuring optimal performance, security, and availability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and maintain Oracle databases to meet business requirements.
  • Develop and implement database security policies and procedures to ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Monitor and analyze database performance to identify areas for improvement and implement optimization strategies.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure database deployments and troubleshooting are completed efficiently.
  • Provide expert-level support for Oracle databases and Oracle Weblogic.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle technologies and best practices.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in Oracle database administration.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle RDBMS concepts and experience with Oracle Weblogic.
  • Experience with database security, performance tuning, and backup/restore procedures.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
