Job Title: Senior Oracle Database Administrator

Job Summary:

MUFG Investor Services is seeking a highly skilled Senior Oracle Database Administrator to join our team. As a Senior Oracle Database Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our Oracle databases, ensuring they are running in a healthy state and performing optimally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain Oracle databases, including installation, patching, and configuration.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot database performance issues, ensuring optimal performance and availability.
  • Develop and implement database security policies and procedures to ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Collaborate with development teams to design and implement database solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members and other stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle database technologies and best practices.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in Oracle database administration.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle database concepts, including data modeling, indexing, and query optimization.
  • Experience with Oracle database security, including authentication, authorization, and encryption.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
