About the Role

Bombardier is a leading global aviation company that designs, manufactures, and services business jets and specialized mission platforms. We are seeking a highly skilled Aircraft Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough inspections of aircraft, engines, parts, and components to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Verify the accuracy of maintenance records and documentation.
  • Collaborate with quality leadership to develop and implement quality control procedures.
  • Perform weighing procedures in accordance with manufacturer's recommended practices and procedures.
  • Coordinate inspection activities in compliance with computer tracking maintenance programs.
  • Ensure all work packages and records are documented accurately and that all specialized customer and regulatory paperwork is complete and approved.
  • Research aircraft drawings and technical data to support inspection activities.
  • Perform walk-around inspections of aircraft for release from maintenance.
  • Provide data to customers as requested.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' aircraft maintenance experience or substantiated equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years' of corporate/commercial jet experience.
  • Basic set of hand tools with the ability to demonstrate inventory and control of tools.
  • Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certification.
  • Ability to use a variety of measuring and basic hand tools to interpret/operate test equipment.
  • Ability to interpret/process all relative (foreign & domestic) regulatory documents, actions, and requirements.
  • Working knowledge of FAA Regs, CAA, RSM/QCM, ADs, SBs, TCDS, etc.
  • Working knowledge of return-to-service procedures.
