Your contributions to the team:
- Adhere to General Work Requirements.
- Conduct Return to Service processes and authorize aircraft for return to service in compliance with applicable regulations as delegated by the repair station accountable manager.
- Upon aircraft arrival, gather associated documentation, inventory, and secure all necessary aircraft documents.
- Perform inspections of aircraft, engines, parts, components, precision tools, equipment, and other materials in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Inspect aircraft maintenance and in-process inspections for repairs and alterations performed by Aircraft Maintenance Technicians to verify and/or approve corrective actions.
- Upon receipt, inspect all new, repaired, and rebuilt parts/components for physical damage, count, and conformity.
- Ensure that all work packages (orders and forms) and records of arrival (debrief checklist) and maintenance actions are documented accurately, including specialized customer forms and Bombardier and Learjet forms.
- Research aircraft drawings and technical data as required.
- Perform walk-around inspections of aircraft prior to release from maintenance when necessary.
- Assist customers as required.
- Perform other tasks as needed.
Skills, knowledge & experience required:
- Typically, 3 to 4 years of aircraft maintenance experience.
- Typically, 1 year of corporate/commercial jet experience.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering documents and maintenance manuals.
- Proficient in reading, writing, and understanding the English language.
- Possession of an Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate.
