Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Store Operations Manager to join our team at Ontario LTD. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and leading a team of sales workers.

About the Role
  • Job Type: Permanent

  • Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Responsibilities
  • Supervise staff (apprentices, stages hands, design team, etc.)
  • Assign sales workers to duties
  • Authorize payments by cheque
  • Order merchandise
  • Authorize return of merchandise
  • Establish work schedules
  • Sell merchandise
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
  • Organize and maintain inventory
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
  • Supervise office and volunteer staff

Salary
