Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service, providing personalized fragrance consultations and recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our fragrance portfolio, including our iconic scents and limited-edition collections.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and drive business results.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store operations to maintain a high level of store appearance and customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies and product recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in luxury retail sales or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting sales targets and achieving business objectives.
  • Strong product knowledge and a keen sense of style, with a focus on delivering personalized fragrance experiences.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
