Clinical Pharmacist

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Pharmacist to join our team at Loblaw Companies Limited. As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate and timely dispensing of medications to patients, while also providing exceptional customer service and promoting health awareness in our communities.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare, dispense, and control medications accurately and timely to patients
- Ensure adequate inventory levels to meet patient needs and counsel patients on new and additional medications
- Provide friendly, positive, and proactive interaction with internal and external customers, creating awareness and educating customers through public relations
- Review and control costs at all levels within Loblaw Pharmacy (dispensary)
- Provide ongoing training for new and existing Pharmacy colleagues (technicians, interns, students, IPGs)
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and registered in good standing with ACP
- Additional Prescribing Authority (APA) required
- Superior customer relations skills and strong sense of professionalism
- Excellent leadership and performance management skills
- Proven ability to build business using community-based marketing strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills, including experience formulating and executing action plans
- Strong personal computing skills and knowledge of Healthwatch Pharmacy Computer system
