Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join our team at Loblaw Companies Limited. As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate and timely dispensing of medications to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Medication Management: Ensure adequate inventory levels of medications and over-the-counter supplements to meet patient needs.
  • Cost Control: Review and control costs at all levels within the Loblaw Pharmacy (dispensary).
  • Training and Development: Provide ongoing training for new and existing Pharmacy colleagues (technicians, interns, students, IPGs).
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and registered in good standing with the ACP.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and performance management skills required.
  • Technical Skills: Proven ability to build the business using community-based marketing strategies and strong personal computing skills, as well as knowledge of the Healthwatch Pharmacy Computer system.
