Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Electronics Field Technician to join our team at H.Ity Corp. As a Senior Electronics Field Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing fire alarm systems in urban areas, on-site customer locations, remote sites, and various other locations.

The ideal candidate will have excellent client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. You will also possess strong organizational skills, reliability, flexibility, and a commitment to values and ethics.

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as commission, gasoline paid, night shift premium, free parking, learning/training paid by employer, transportation provided by employer, and a permanent work term with 35 hours per week.

Responsibilities
  • Install, maintain, and repair fire alarm systems in accordance with industry standards and company policies
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and inspecting equipment
  • Respond to emergency situations, including system failures and false alarms
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve technical issues and share knowledge
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as electronics or computer science
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an urban area
  • Strong understanding of electronic systems, including fire alarm protocols and communication networks
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
