About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Investment Management professional to join our team at MCAP Group of Companies. As a key member of our Development Finance department, you will be responsible for leading our investment management efforts and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of investment strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage and oversee the investment portfolio, ensuring alignment with company goals and risk management principles.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, lenders, and other industry partners.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to the investment team, ensuring effective decision-making and risk management.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in investment management or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with a proven track record of driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex financial data and make informed investment decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to navigate complex business situations.
