About the Role

Famoso Italian Pizzeria is seeking a skilled Kitchen Helper to join our team As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.

Responsibilities
  • We are looking for someone to assist with food preparation and presentation, including cleaning and sanitizing dishes, utensils, and equipment.
  • You will work closely with our chefs to ensure that all dishes meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including sweeping and mopping floors, and taking out the trash.
  • We also need someone who can receive and unpack supplies, as well as handle and store cleaning products.
  • If you have experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment and are able to work under pressure, we would love to hear from you
Requirements
  • No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and take direction is essential.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) is necessary.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable and punctual with excellent attendance record.
