**Job Summary**

As a Project Coordinator at Pomerleau, you will be responsible for coordinating and administering projects from inception to completion. This includes managing stakeholder communications, ensuring resource availability, and overseeing various administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and strong communication skills. They will also have 1-3 years' working experience in the construction industry, a University Degree/Technology Diploma in Engineering, or a combination of education and industry experience.

**Responsibilities and Expectations:**

  • Coordinate and administer projects from inception to completion.
  • Manage stakeholder communications and ensure effective communication with team members, trade partners, consultants, and clients.
  • Maintain and review project documentation, including shop drawings, RFI's, material purchase orders, change notice quotes, and project completion documents.
  • Analyze project quotes and negotiate prices.
  • Collect and complete company-wide project reports for assigned projects.
