Millwright - Production Maintenance Specialist

Dr. Oetker Canada Ltd is seeking a skilled Millwright to join our production team in London, Ontario. As a Millwright, you will play a critical role in maintaining the mechanical and electrical systems of our state-of-the-art pizza production facility.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and repair mechanical and electrical equipment, including HVAC systems, to ensure optimal facility performance.
- Build, install, and break down equipment as needed to support production operations.
- Develop and implement reliability strategies and preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.
- Perform basic troubleshooting of PLC systems for automated custom-built machines.
- Participate in the HACCP food safety system to identify and control hazards in the food production process.
- Ensure compliance with Dr. Oetker's Health & Safety and Food Safety & Security policies and procedures.
- Interprovincial licensed Millwright (433A)
- Experience in mechanical maintenance/Industrial Electrician in the food or pharmaceutical industry (preferable)
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and ability to maintain facility at optimal levels
- Experience with PLC, robotic, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems (Siemens S7 preferred)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight schedules and timelines
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical stamina to handle heavy loads (up to 25 KG) and work in a standing environment
- Availability to work rotating 12-hour shifts on four-week cycles
