About the Role

Parsiena Design Inc is seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineering Technologist to join our team as a Project Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing various civil engineering projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination: Assist in the planning, organization, and execution of civil engineering projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
  • Engineering Specifications and Drawings: Assist in developing and reviewing engineering specifications and drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
  • Field Surveys and Inspections: Participate in field surveys, inspections, and technical investigations to gather data and information for project development.
  • Construction Specifications and Estimates: Prepare construction specifications, costs, and material estimates for projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
  • Engineering Designs and Drawings: Prepare engineering designs and drawings for projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
  • Project Scheduling: Assist in developing project schedules, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
  • Consultation Services: Provide consultation services to government and other organizations on civil engineering projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in civil engineering project coordination and management.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, practices, and industry standards. Proficient in CAE, AutoCAD, MS Access, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, and MS Word. Valid driver's license.
