Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Medical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our unit, you will provide reception and clerical support to ensure the smooth operation of our department. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Providing exceptional customer service to patients, families, and visitors.
Responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and files.
Performing administrative tasks, such as data entry and report preparation.
Assisting with special projects and events as required.

Essential Qualifications:
A Medical Administrative Assistant diploma or equivalent.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Intermediate keyboarding and computer skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic medical terminology knowledge.
