Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Medical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our unit, you will provide reception and clerical support to ensure the smooth operation of our department. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to patients, families, and visitors.

  • Responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and files.

  • Performing administrative tasks, such as data entry and report preparation.

  • Assisting with special projects and events as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will possess:

Essential Qualifications:

  • A Medical Administrative Assistant diploma or equivalent.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Intermediate keyboarding and computer skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Basic medical terminology knowledge.
