Job Title: Vice President of Engineering

This is a unique opportunity to join International Financial Group as a Vice President of Engineering. The successful candidate will lead the engineering team, responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining products using roll form while setting the technical vision, leading development efforts, and driving innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide visionary leadership to the engineering team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  2. Oversee the end-to-end development process using roll form, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of products.
  3. Build and lead a highly skilled engineering team, defining and executing the technical roadmap, aligning it with business objectives and industry trends.
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product management.

To be considered for this role, our client is looking for someone with the following skills and qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a leadership role, with a strong track record of successfully leading and scaling engineering teams.
  • Strong technical background, with expertise in roll form and product development.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, with a designation in a relevant field.
