Job Title: Vice President of Engineering

This is a unique opportunity to join IFG International Financial Group Ltd as a Vice President of Engineering. The successful candidate will lead the engineering team, responsible for developing, enhancing and maintaining products using roll form while setting the technical vision, leading development efforts and driving innovation.

Responsibilities:
  1. Provide strategic leadership to the engineering team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  2. Oversee the end-to-end development process, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
  3. Build and lead a highly skilled engineering team, aligning it with business objectives and industry trends.
  4. Define and execute the technical roadmap, driving innovation and growth.

To be considered for this role, our client is looking for someone with the following skills/qualifications:

  1. Proven experience in a leadership role, with a strong technical background.
  2. Track record of successfully leading and scaling engineering teams with roll form.
  3. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  4. Bachelor's degree in engineering, with a designation.
