About the Role

We are seeking an experienced ERP Team Leader to oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of our new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, ECI M1. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the successful execution of ERP initiatives and ensuring seamless integration of the system into our daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implementation and Optimization: Lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of the new ERP system, ensuring it meets our business needs and objectives.
  • Liaison and Communication: Act as a liaison between the ERP team and other departments to facilitate communication and alignment on ERP-related initiatives.
  • Rollout Schedules: Develop and execute rollout schedules for ERP system functionality enhancements, ensuring minimal disruption to our operations.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to team members on ERP system usage and best practices, ensuring they are equipped to effectively utilize the system.
  • Integration and Collaboration: Collaborate with department heads to ensure seamless integration of the ERP system into our daily operations, aligning with our company objectives.
  • Manufacturing Controls: Oversee manufacturing controls and real-time tracking within the ERP system, ensuring accurate and timely data.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory tracking, resource planning, and scheduling processes, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve ERP processes and workflows, identifying areas for optimization and implementing changes as needed.
  • Strategic Planning: Participate in strategic planning sessions to align ERP initiatives with company objectives, ensuring our ERP system supports our business goals.

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in implementing and managing ERP systems, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • ERP Knowledge: Proficiency in multiple ERP platforms, with a preference for candidates possessing experience in ECI M1.
  • MRP System: Experience utilizing and maintaining an MRP system.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Certification: Certification in ERP systems is a plus.
