The Canplex Profiles employee is one that comes to work, ready to work, willing to serve the team, everyday. As a custom manufacturer we need people who can be comfortable adapting and changing to the new challenges that arise as we work. We are a Manufacturing Service - that means service is at our core. We exist to help solve the needs and problems of others, you must be someone who is comfortable serving and support others. We will do this both inside and outside of the organization.
**What you WON’T do**:
- Say “That’s not my job” - if this is a phrase you like to use, this is not the place for you.
- Say “That’s not my problem” - If we are truly one team, then it is your problem.
- Have a poor attitude or work ethic - we will keep our heads up and we will keep trying

**Objective**
To help Canplex Profiles Inc. fulfill its mission by Leading a production crew by example, casting vision and displaying Canplex values.
**Canplex Profiles Inc. Mission**

**Responsible to**: Plant Manager
**Responsible for**:The crew, the products produced and the production floor
**Expected Results**:Leading a shift successfully following the production plan and producing good parts. providing direct supervision of the crew, supporting the crew, planning tasks and directing a shift, following the production plan, communicating with the other teams, problem solving and production reporting.
**General Responsibilities**
- Overseeing operations, including managing tasks, addressing issues, and maintaining workflow.
- Assigning duties to staff members and ensuring efficient task distribution.
- Meet with on-site Shift Leader to discuss current production activities, scheduled line changes and personnel needs prior to going on the floor (Explain any line/equipment problems).
- Carefully review information in the ERP system to ensure accurate production, scheduling of line changes and down time for each line.
