Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  1. Drive Sales and Profit Growth: Analyze sales and financial reports to identify market trends and opportunities, and develop strategies to drive sales and profit growth.
  2. Lead Store Operations: Create and implement operational plans, prioritize tasks, and delegate responsibilities to store managers and associates to ensure optimal store conditions and customer satisfaction.
  3. Implement Asset Protection and Safety Controls: Execute and monitor asset protection and safety controls, maintain quality assurance standards, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  4. Provide Excellent Customer Service: Serve as a customer ambassador, greet customers, seek feedback, and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  5. Support Community Initiatives: Participate in and support community events, develop relationships with key community groups, and promote the store's role in the community.
  6. Lead and Develop Associates: Conduct regular store meetings, communicate operational direction and initiatives, drive engagement, recognize and reward accomplishments, and provide opportunities for professional growth.
  7. Comply with Company Standards: Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures when handling merchandise, including cash handling and security protocols.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Minimum Qualifications: A high school diploma or equivalent, and a minimum of 2 years of retail management experience.
  • Preferred Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in business or a related field, and a minimum of 3 years of retail management experience.
