About the Role:

The Wireless Store Manager is a leadership opportunity for a dynamic individual to lead a team of Wireless Sales Representatives and drive sales success at Glentel Inc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of Wireless Sales Representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Participate in engaging customers in sales activities and provide ongoing training, coaching, and development to improve their skills, product knowledge, and customer service abilities.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth, increase market share, and achieve business objectives.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of Wireless Sales Representatives, provide feedback, and implement performance improvement plans as needed.
  • Ensure the highest level of service is provided to all customers, resolve escalations, and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee inventory levels, implement a strategy to minimize shrinkage and inventory turnover, and manage product placement, signage, and displays to maximize sales and enhance the customer shopping experience.
  • Adhere to store-level budgets by effectively managing expenses, labor costs, and financial performance.
