Responsibilities

As a Management Trainee, you'll be entrusted to serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners, while also driving operational excellence. You'll learn how to:

  • Excel at customer service and sales
  • Develop and implement business strategies
  • Manage finances and operations

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A 4-year bachelor's degree from an accredited Canadian University or an international equivalent
  • 6 months cumulative experience in sales, customer service, leadership, or a related field
  • A valid Canadian Class G or G2 driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents within the last three years
  • No drug or alcohol-related convictions within the last 5 years
  • Authorization to work in Canada
