About the Role:
This is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our spa, ensuring exceptional client experiences and promoting a positive work environment.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in spa management or a related field.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate as a minimum educational requirement.
- The ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, both verbally and written.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
As a Spa Supervisor, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining high standards of customer service and quality control.
- Assisting clients/guests with special needs and providing excellent communication.
- Serving as the point of contact for emergency situations and resolving problems efficiently.
- Monitoring quality and production levels, making recommendations for improvement when necessary.
- Preparing and submitting progress reports to senior management.
- Requisitioning or ordering materials, equipment, and supplies as required.
- Providing technical advice and recommending measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Supervising, coordinating, and scheduling activities of staff members.
- Training staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Establishing work schedules and procedures to ensure efficiency.
Additional Requirements:
In addition to the above responsibilities, we require:
- An organized approach to managing multiple tasks and priorities.
- Flexible availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Excellent time management and interpersonal skills.
Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
