About the Role:

We are looking for a high-energy self-starter with a competitive nature and a commitment to excellence. Your primary responsibility will be to proactively develop and manage business within your assigned territory, focusing on building strong relationships with independent shops to drive growth and fend off competition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve success and development within your territory
  • Conduct cold calls to potential customers to introduce our products/services
  • Educate customers on product features, benefits, and sales processes
  • Report to the Business Development Director and actively participate in team meetings, sharing updates on achievements and challenges

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Minimum of 2+ years' experience in business development or a similar B2B sales role
  • Excellent English fluency, both written and verbal
  • Familiarity with the automotive industry
  • Goal Setting & Sales: Proven expertise in setting goals, driving sales, and fostering business growth
  • Motivation & Initiative: Self-motivated with a driven attitude and a strong desire to learn and excel in the industry

Working Conditions:

This role requires occasional travel, both domestically and internationally for training purposes. Some tasks may involve bending, twisting, and lifting, as well as occasional lifting, transporting, and delivering products averaging 20-30 lbs.
