Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Food Service Team Member to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Food Service Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and ensuring that our guests receive high-quality food and beverages.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the dining area, kitchen, and storage areas
  • Restock supplies and ingredients as needed
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to guest complaints in a professional manner
  • Clean and sanitize equipment and utensils
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs) and stand for extended periods
  • Reliability and punctuality
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings
