Your Responsibilities
- Greet clients and answer questions promptly.
- Help clients use our banking applications and ABMs efficiently.
- Listen carefully to clients' needs and resolve complex situations effectively.
- Provide expert advice and transaction solutions for Personal Banking clients.
- Demonstrate exceptional business acumen and build lasting relationships with clients.
- Ensure client satisfaction and engagement through active listening and empathy.
- Refer clients to specialist colleagues when necessary.
What We're Looking For
- A college diploma (DEC) or equivalent qualification.
- Customer service experience and a proven track record of success.
