Job Description

The Logistics Project Lead will play a key role in the transformation of BRP's worldwide distribution centres. Working closely with management, you will be responsible for delivering operational excellence and enabling world-class service to customers through strategic projects and continuous improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the PAA growth plan and customer value proposition.
  • Provide leadership and collaborate with 3PLs and service providers for enhanced solution implementation.
  • Manage project budgeting/forecasting and implement cost mitigation strategies.
  • Establish a network of external value-added partners to introduce new concepts.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams for project realization.
  • Facilitate workshops to identify improvement opportunities and implement action plans.
  • Enhance customer service promise in line with BRP's brand positioning.
  • Adapt PAA operation practices using new growth vectors.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, operations management, logistics, or a relevant field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in supply chain project management in similar industries.
  • Proven experience in distribution centre organization projects.
  • Skilled in leading supply chain optimization projects and implementing associated systems.
  • Adept at applying project management best practices.
  • Good knowledge of the SAP environment.
  • Proven ability to operationalize strategic plans and achieve desired profitability objectives.
  • Effective communication and leadership skills.
  • Recognized as a passionate leader focused on people, organizational development, and change management.
