We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team at Headquarters Restaurant & Bar. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes, as well as maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Responsibilities- Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes, following recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including utensils, equipment, and storage areas.
- Manage kitchen inventory and supplies, ensuring that all necessary items are stocked and available.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of quality.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and efficient food preparation.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a kitchen environment.
- Excellent culinary skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, with exposure to heat, noise, and physical demands. A high level of physical fitness and stamina is required to perform the duties of this role.
