- Professional Certifications: Having undertaken or undertaking a CFA, CA, CMA, or MBA - Finance Program.
- Financial Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of financial accounting and taxation.
- Information Technology Skills: Effective information technology skills.
- Customer Interaction: Demonstrated passion for customer interaction and business development.
- Analytical Skills: Superior analytical skills.
- Teamwork: Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding, collaborative, team-driven environment.
- Learning and Adaptability: Desire to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaboration: Able to collaborate with employees from supporting cross-functional teams such as credit, legal, and operations.
