This is a permanent, full-time position working 30 hours per week. The successful candidate will have a strong background in concrete finishing, with experience in placing, finishing, and curing concrete surfaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect formwork, base materials, and steel reinforcement to ensure quality control
  • Place and finish concrete according to grade specifications, using power tools and hand finishing techniques
  • Fully compact concrete using vibrators and tamping equipment
  • Ensure high-quality finishes on concrete surfaces, including sealing and hardening treatments
  • Perform routine maintenance and repair of concrete structures, including resurfacing and waterproofing
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in concrete finishing
Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
