Job Summary

We are seeking a HR/People Business Partner - G&A to provide high-quality services to our leadership team. As a key member of our People Operations team, you will build, design, and implement solutions across all departments, acting as an HR representative for employees, leaders, and executives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement HR processes and projects, including compensation reviews, organizational reviews, talent management activities, and more.
  • Drive a performance culture through the creation and tailoring of HR performance programs and frameworks.
  • Coach, mentor, and advise leaders on HR-related topics to ensure uniformity of programs and policies.
  • Collaborate with the People Operations team to review current programs and policies.
  • Work with leaders to identify training requirements and implement training solutions for the department.
  • Support employee relations or compliance investigations (initial interviews and fact gathering).
  • Deliver training to employees on performance management, career development, growth, and more.
  • Maintain records on employee performance, talent mapping, succession planning, promotion rates, and more.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 3+ years of HR experience in a business partnership or advisory role.
  • Advanced knowledge of HR-related practices, including Talent Management, Performance Management, Succession Planning, Employee Engagement, and more.
  • Proven track record of building HR programs tailored to client group needs.
  • Project management and change management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment dealing with change and continuously shifting requirements.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both English and French with colleagues at all levels of the company (written and verbal).
