Job Title: Compliance Business Partner

MaintainX, Inc. is a leading mobile-first workflow management platform for industrial and frontline workers. We are a modern IoT-enabled cloud-based tool for maintenance, safety, and operations on equipment and facilities.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will provide high-quality services to our leadership team, building HR-related disciplines, including performance management, employee development, compensation, workforce planning, organizational design and structure, and employee relations matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement HR processes and projects, including compensation reviews, organizational reviews, talent management activities, etc.
  • Drive a performance culture through the creation and tailoring of HR performance programs and frameworks.
  • Coach, mentor, and advise leaders on HR-related topics to ensure the uniformity of programs and policies.
  • Collaborate with the People Operations team to review current programs and policies.
  • Work with leaders to identify training requirements and implement training solutions for the department.
  • Support employee relations or compliance investigations (initial interviews and fact gathering).
  • Deliver training to employees on performance management, career development, growth, etc.
  • Maintain records on employee performance, talent mapping, succession planning, promotion rates, etc.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field.
  • A minimum of 3+ years HR experience in a business partnership or advisory role.
  • Advanced knowledge of HR-related practices, including Talent Management, Performance Management, Succession Planning, Employee Engagement, etc.
  • Proven track record of building HR programs tailored to client group needs.
  • Project management and change management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment dealing with change and continuously shifting requirements.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both English and French with colleagues at all levels of the company (written and verbal).
