Parts Service Team Lead

About the Job

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Parts Service Team Lead to join our team at Lamborghini Vancouver. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of parts service staff, ensuring seamless operational logistics, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement efficient plans to prioritize tasks
  • Organize and assign work to team members to ensure timely completion
  • Oversee the operational logistics of the organization, including inventory management and ordering supplies
  • Coordinate activities with other departments and teams
  • Prepare and submit reports on team performance and progress
  • Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Provide training and development opportunities for staff
  • Coordinate and review work assignments and performance
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as required
Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • College, CEGEP, or non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with inventory management software and systems
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
