Product Owner - Quebec City

Thales est une entreprise leader dans les hautes technologies qui façonne le monde de demain. Nous sommes à la recherche d'un Product Owner expérimenté pour rejoindre notre équipe de développement à Quebec City.

Responsabilités
  • Définir, documenter, prioriser et vérifier les composants logiciels;
  • Comprendre les enjeux des utilisateurs, des parties prenantes et les limitations technologiques et budgétaires du produit;
  • Agir comme architecte fonctionnel dans l'équipe et définir comment les différentes fonctions du système se connectent entre elles pour créer de la valeur;
  • Valider la qualité du travail de l'équipe dans les revues de sprints;
  • Participer à des réunions d'équipes (planification et revue de sprint, répartition des tâches, rétrospective avec l'équipe);
  • Traduire les besoins des utilisateurs et des différentes parties prenantes en récits et prioriser les travaux compte tenu des différentes contraintes des projets;
  • Maintenir et communiquer le plan de version aux différents intervenants;
  • Communiquer avec les différents intervenants en lien avec les projets afin de tenir compte des enjeux pouvant impacter les priorités des projets et les livrables;
  • Consolider une vision globale des besoins utilisateurs des domaines d'expertise en facteurs humains, en ingénierie cognitive et en optimisation.
Qualifications
  • Baccalauréat dans le domaine de l'informatique ou tout autre domaine connexe;
  • Expérience pertinente de 5 ans au moins;
  • Bonne maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, parlés et écrits;
  • Communication, écoute et ouverture pour travailler avec différents intervenants;
  • Sens de l'organisation, des responsabilités et de la priorisation;
  • Curiosité intellectuelle, goût d'apprendre et de se diversifier;
  • Aptitudes pour le travail en équipe et favoriser l'intelligence collective;
  • Analyse fonctionnelle et découpage en blocs de fonctionnalités;
  • Obtenir une cote de sécurité est un atout important.
