Key Responsibilities:
  • Training and Development: Train workers in duties and policies, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit reports, maintain accurate records, and perform administrative tasks as required.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the smooth operation of equipment, arrange for maintenance and repair work, and requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Problem-Solving and Technical Advice: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Work Coordination: Co-ordinate, assign, and review work, co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments, and consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support.
  • Work Scheduling and Procedures: Establish work schedules and procedures, and ensure that all team members are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
Work Environment:

As an Office Supervisor at ONTARIO SKY JUMP, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a focus on attention to detail. You will be required to work under pressure and make decisions quickly.
