Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Parts Clerk to join our team at 15724 YUKON INC. As a Parts Clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized inventory system, processing incoming and outgoing parts, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, identify and label items received, and issue and distribute parts and supplies for internal use.
  • Customer Service: Answer telephone calls and relay messages, address customers' complaints or concerns, and advise on the use and appropriateness of goods or parts.
  • Order Processing: Prepare and track work orders, prepare requisition orders to replenish parts and supplies, and process incoming requisitions.
  • Warehouse Operations: Receive, unpack, and sort incoming parts, supplies, and materials, and store items in a warehouse, tool room, or supply area.
  • Sales and Marketing: Sell spare and replacement parts, and ship, deliver, or pick up parts, products, or equipment as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: Experience in a similar role is an asset.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and attention to detail.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position working 40 hours per week in an industrial facility or establishment. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service.
