Parts Clerk Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Parts Clerk Supervisor to join our team at CSN Whitehorse. As a key member of our inventory management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our parts inventory system.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective inventory control procedures to minimize stockouts and overstocking.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of parts and supplies.
- Prepare and submit reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and other relevant metrics.
- Ensure accurate and efficient processing of incoming requisitions and shipments.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, stock movements, and other relevant data.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
- Collaborate with the purchasing team to ensure timely receipt of parts and supplies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts and supplies.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
