Experienced Construction Manager Wanted for Calgary

We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Construction Manager to join our team at ServiceMaster of Calgary. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for estimating and overseeing disaster restoration and construction projects in both residential and commercial settings.
Our clients primarily consist of insurance companies/adjusters and property managers, requiring us to deliver high-quality products that satisfy our customers and their insurance providers or commercial managers. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Estimating clean-up and reconstruction costs using Xactimate software
- Serving as the primary point of contact for our clients
- Scheduling work, securing resources, and ensuring successful project completion
- Collaborating with internal and external team members to achieve goals
- Maintaining service level agreements, key performance indicators, profitability, and revenue targets
- Managing administrative and corporate tasks efficiently
- Bearing on-call rotations and working extended hours without additional compensation
