**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct in-depth analysis and present performance results to business stakeholders, providing actionable insights that inform tactical, operational, and strategic decision-making.
- Develop and produce high-quality analyses, reports, dashboards, and insights for partners, leveraging digital analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics.
- Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams, collaborating to implement data-driven strategies while measuring progress and ensuring successful outcomes.
- Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, and operational teams to implement quality controls, automate data feeds, and optimize report generation.

**Requirements:**
- 5+ years of experience in data management, performance measurement, and stakeholder management.
- University degree in business or relevant STEM discipline (Computer Sciences, Computer/Software Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics) or equivalent experience.
- Proven data literacy, excellent storytelling skills, and ability to simplify complex analytical concepts for stakeholders outside of analytics.
- Experience working with various data formats (e.g., unstructured logs, XML, JSON, flat files, image) – SQL, Python, and Big Data ecosystem tools (e.g., Hive, Pig, Sqoop, Spark, Google Cloud Platform).
- Familiarity with visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or QlikView.
- Excellent analytical skills, project management, and communication skills (both oral and written).
