Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our software engineering team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software solutions. This is a hybrid role with 4 days/week in office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute test plans and test cases to ensure software quality and reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize software requirements.
  • Work with developers to resolve defects and improve software quality.
  • Conduct manual and automated testing to ensure software meets requirements.
  • Develop and maintain test automation frameworks and scripts.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience in software quality assurance or a related field.
  • Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycles and testing methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Experience with ISO 9001 compliant software engineering environments is an asset.
What We Offer

At OSI Maritime Systems, we offer a competitive salary range of $80,000-100,000 CDN, commensurate with education, experience, and internal parity. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, pension, and flexible working arrangements.
