We are thrilled to present an exceptional opportunity for a Software Quality Assurance Engineer. We are in search of a dedicated engineer who is enthusiastic about quality assurance and ensuring the delivery of superior software products. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in software testing, along with practical experience in various testing methodologies, including functional, regression, and automated testing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop automated test scripts utilizing frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, REST Assured, or Gatling to uncover software defects.
  • Oversee the maintenance of the test automation framework and scripts for comprehensive end-to-end testing.
  • Document defects with precise reproduction steps and maintain detailed defect records in JIRA.
  • Engage in feature requirements reviews to assess testability and endorse the testing strategy.
  • Collaborate closely with developers to facilitate debugging, testing, and the creation of tools aimed at identifying defects.
  • Be available to assist in resolving critical customer issues, including replicating problems, analyzing application logs, or clarifying intended feature functionalities.
  • Conduct both automated and manual testing, including regression testing for each release cycle to ensure software compliance with business and security standards.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Software Test Developer or in a development role.
  • A strong grasp of various software testing techniques and their appropriate applications.
  • A proactive learner with excellent communication, teamwork, reporting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in UI automation using tools like Selenium or Playwright.
  • Experience in testing RESTful APIs with tools such as Postman or REST Assured.
  • Familiarity with performance testing methodologies and tools like Gatling.
  • Knowledge of continuous integration processes, including Jenkins.
