What We're Looking For
We're seeking a compassionate and skilled LPN to join our team as a Resident Care Coordinator. In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing the care team and ensuring that our residents receive the highest level of care and attention.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the care team to provide exceptional care to residents
- Maintain daily charting, monitor nutritional intake, and continuously assess resident's care requirements
What You'll Bring
We're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and is committed to making a positive impact on the lives of our residents. You'll need to have a current nursing license in Prince Edward Island or another Canadian province, and be able to work under pressure while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and professionalism.
