Are you ready to embark on a rewarding career in real estate? Concept Realty Group is seeking a driven and ambitious individual to join our team as a Real Estate Sales Professional. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction and a passion for helping others achieve their goals, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team.

About the Role

As a Real Estate Sales Professional, you will be responsible for meeting with clients to understand their property needs and identifying suitable properties. You will also prepare necessary documents, negotiate contracts, and attend open houses and networking events to boost sales opportunities. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer service and ensure a smooth transaction process for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet with clients to understand their property needs and identify suitable properties
  • Prepare necessary documents, such as representation agreements and negotiate contracts
  • Attend monthly open houses and networking events to boost sales opportunities
  • Continuously learn and guide clients with utmost care and respect
  • Proactively seek new customers through daily networking and prospecting efforts
  • Assist 30 to 50 buyer clients annually through the home-buying process
  • Maintain a full-time schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Uphold accountability in all tasks
  • Ensure a fun and engaging work environment
Requirements
  • A Residential Real Estate license is required or actively pursuing
  • Proficient use of technology and various software tools
  • Display a people-oriented, positive, and customer-focused attitude
  • Exercise active listening and active questioning skills to build rapport and uncover client needs in person and over the phone
  • High School Diploma
  • Show good organizational and time management skills
  • Some weekend and evening hours required
  • You will need to dress appropriately, business casual
  • Owning your own vehicle and a valid driver's license
  • Having a clean criminal record is a must to be licensed in Real Estate
  • Be trustworthy and honest- respecting the office rules and our policy/procedures
  • This is not a 9-5 job, so an open schedule is required
