Job Description

At Chickn Hub Limited, we are seeking a skilled Butcher to join our retail team. As a Butcher, you will be responsible for preparing and processing meats for sale to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and prepare meats for cutting and processing
  • Prepare special cuts of meat ordered by customers
  • Wrap and package prepared meats for sale
  • Remove bones from meat and weigh meats for sale
  • Price meat products and sell them to customers
  • Slice cooked meats and shape, lace, and tie roasts and other meats
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 35 to 40 hours of work per week
