Job Title: Housekeeping Room Attendant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our team at Towne Place Suites Sudbury (InnVest Hotels Limited). As a Housekeeping Room Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our hotel rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture, make beds and change sheets, distribute clean towels and toiletries, stock linen closet, clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, clean and disinfect elevators, handle and report lost and found items, attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items, pick up debris and empty trash containers, wash windows, walls, and ceilings, clean changing rooms and showers.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Tight deadlines, repetitive tasks, physically demanding, attention to detail, bending, crouching, kneeling.
  • Weight Handling: Up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs).
  • Personal Suitability: Punctuality, flexibility, judgement, organized, reliability, team player, values and ethics, honesty.
