We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Patient Care Associate to join our team at Hope Wellness Centre Inc.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support in a home care and visiting care agency setting.
As a key member of our team, you will work closely with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
Your primary focus will be on assisting patients with daily living activities, including personal care, mobility, and medication administration.
You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, reporting any changes or concerns to supervisors, and contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment.
We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, commensurate with experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
Key Responsibilities- Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
- Maintain accurate records and reports
