Job Summary


We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Solutions Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our business analysis department, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive business analysis services to clients with diverse business and technological needs.



Key Responsibilities



  • Provide business analysis services to clients, including gathering, documenting, and analyzing business needs and requirements.
  • Interact with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand their requirements.
  • Prepare and advise on business analysis policies, processes, best practices, and standards.
  • Lead and conduct business analysis at varying levels of detail, aligning with OPS Unified Project Management Methodology, Enterprise Architecture, and Gating Process.
  • Develop strategies, prepare business cases, and conduct feasibility studies for business IT initiatives.
  • Conduct business modeling, use case modeling, conceptual and logical data modeling, process and data flow modeling, use case surveys, business rules definition, and non-functional requirements definitions.
  • Monitor progress, resolve problems, and report regularly to IT management and stakeholders.


Requirements


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • Proven experience in business analysis, preferably in the public sector.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Demonstrated experience with Public Sector IT solutions architecture, application design, quality assurance standards, and project delivery methodologies.
  • Knowledge of emerging IT trends and technologies.
  • Ability to document requirements using storyboarding tools such as Azure DevOps and Jira.
