Job Summary:
The Flexo Operator will be responsible for producing high-quality labels that meet work order and proof specifications. This role requires a strong understanding of flexographic printing processes and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate flexographic presses to produce labels with high accuracy and efficiency
- Monitor and maintain press performance to ensure optimal quality and productivity
- Collaborate with production team to meet production deadlines and fulfill customer orders
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on press equipment
- Participate in quality control processes to ensure label quality meets company standards
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in flexographic printing
- Extensive knowledge of flexographic printing processes, including Delam, Relam, Cold Foil, and Peel and Seal
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good English language skills and ability to follow production instructions
- Ability to lift 40 lbs and stand for 8 hours in a shift
Working Conditions:
The Flexo Operator will work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, and other hazards. The ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities is essential.
