The Flexo Operator will be responsible for producing high-quality labels that meet work order specifications. This role requires a strong understanding of flexographic printing processes and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate flexographic presses to produce labels with high precision and accuracy.
  • Monitor and maintain press performance to ensure optimal quality and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with production team to meet production deadlines and fulfill customer orders.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on press equipment.
  • Participate in quality control processes to ensure label quality meets company standards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in flexographic printing.
  • Extensive knowledge of flexographic printing processes and equipment.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and quality control skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

Working Conditions:

The Flexo Operator will work in a production environment with regular exposure to noise, dust, and other hazards. The ability to lift 40 pounds and stand for 8 hours is required.
